About The Event

Free sessions! Sponsored by City of Palmerston’s Get Active Program. What an amazing opportunity to try out Breathwork if you have never done it.

Breathwork is a fantastic segway into meditation and stillness of the mind.

If you would like to still your mind and find some calm and peace in your life, breathwork might  be just the thing you have been looking for.

The concentrated focus on the breathing and the hyperoxigenation puts us into an state of peace and calm. You will enjoy guided breathwork followed by a guided meditation that will leave you chilled out.

This is something that with practice you will be able to do at home in your own time and increas your overall mental health and tranquility.

There are many different types of Breathwork or Breathing practices. We will be doin an intense circular breathing, full inhale and full exhale, with some breath holds for around 20min followed by the guided meditation.

I also host another typer of breathwork where you breathe for approximately an hour, the hole session is about 1.5 - 2h. This is continuos circular breathing for the whole hour. This type of breathwork will let you go deeper, and release deep routed trauma, stress and anxiety, and many other negative emotions you might have been storing for a long time.

You can find this on my website as well. Buy you tickets for these classes because they do sell out.

For our Monday nights Breathwork and Meditation we will gather in the Palmerston Library Community room.
