Breathwork & Ice Bath

Breathwork is a therapeutic breathing practice that has the potential to heal/improve your psychological, physical, and spiritual development. It allows you to move beyond your body and ego to get in touch with your true self and spirit. We offer Breathwork in combination with Ice Baths, to help you prepare mentally and physically, and also extended Breathwork on its own, as a truely healing and powerful practice. The longer sessions include a sharing circle at the end.

Mindfulness Adventure Retreat

Numerous breathing techniques can assist your employees, colleagues, and family members in effectively managing stress and anxiety. We provide on-site instruction, guiding you through these practices and empowering you to apply them independently, enabling the release of tension and improved daily stress management. We offer the flexibility to come to your location or arrange a suitable space. Session durations range from 45 to 90 minutes, with prices starting at $150.
