A day, a week, a month, a year… 10 years! One blink of an eye, and 30 years are gone. They say: don’t let life pass you by. Live fully! But how do we do that?

You love, you loose, you travel, you experience, you create, you hurt, you doubt, yet you persist. And still, somehow, you blink and another 5 years are gone. What happened?

Can you look back and say, wow, look how far I’ve come?

We can’t make time stop, we can’t slow it down, we can’t rewind it.

Time is so valuable. We all know that, yet we don’t really understand. Until something happens to us, or someone we love, and all of a sudden, time is so relevant, and short. This will make you reconsider, what is really important in life?

Was it important to have that fancy car, big house, shiny things? Was it important to spent all that time working, to pay for those things?

Did they bring you happiness? How does your car weigh up against your hours at work to pay for it?

Are you doing something you love? Are you working to live, or living to work? How much money do we really need?

Our system is flawed. We work all of our lives and put peace and enjoyment off until retirement?! Only to then be too old, sick and frail to do anything… So don’t wait, to enjoy your life.

Never wait until tomorrow, to enjoy the now. Live the life you want tomorrow, today.

So, what can we do?

We can take chances, opportunities, risks, and challenges, that will all lead to experiences which will enhance our lives. Because experiences and interactions is what it is all about.

Be present and mindful as much as you can, and as often as you can. Taste your food, be grateful for it, feel the sun on your skin, the grass under your feet, and listen. Make time to listen to the silence.

And don’t let a single day go by, where you don’t feel gratitude, where you don’t laugh or smile. And be kind, because helping someone else is one of the best feelings in the world.

Lastly, Work towards your goal? Don't have one? Then find one. And take action towards your goal every day! Even if it is one little thing, sending one text, research something for 10min, do one post, brainstorm, manifest, create.

1. Prioritize self-care: It's easy to get caught up in the demands of work and family, but taking care of yourself is essential for your well-being and empowerment. Prioritize self-care by setting aside time for relaxation, exercise, hobbies, and other activities that bring you joy and fulfillment.

2. Embrace your vulnerability: The conventional wisdom often suggests that vulnerability is a weakness. However, embracing vulnerability and being authentic about your experiences can be incredibly empowering. It can help you connect with others, build stronger relationships, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

3. Embrace your unique strengths: Women are often told to conform to certain gender norms or expectations. However, embracing your unique strengths and talents can be incredibly empowering. Instead of trying to fit into a certain mold, focus on developing your own skills and abilities.

4. Find your tribe: Building a supportive community of women can be a powerful source of empowerment. Connect with other women who share your values and interests, and support each other in your personal and professional endeavors. Together, you can create a network of support and encouragement that can help you achieve your goals.

5. Challenge the status quo: Women have historically been excluded from many spaces and opportunities. Maybe it is time for us to create our own space where we can fully embrace our femininity and be authentically ourselves.

Spending time in nature has the power to do wonders for our mental health. As humans, we have an innate connection to the natural world, and being in nature can help us reset our mindset and promote positive thinking.

Nature has a calming effect on the mind and body, and being in green spaces can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. When we immerse ourselves in nature, we're able to disconnect from the noise and distractions of daily life, allowing our minds to relax and recharge.

Furthermore, spending time in nature encourages us to be present and mindful. When we're out in the wilderness, we're forced to be in the moment, paying attention to the sights, sounds, and sensations around us. This focus on the present can help us let go of negative thoughts and worries about the future or past.

Nature can also give us a sense of perspective. When we're surrounded by the vastness of the natural world, we're reminded of our place in the universe. This can be humbling, but also liberating, as we realize that our problems and concerns are just a small part of a much bigger picture.

Finally, spending time in nature can promote positive thinking by inspiring feelings of awe and gratitude. When we witness the beauty and complexity of the natural world, we can't help but feel a sense of wonder and appreciation. This can help us shift our focus from what's going wrong in our lives to what's going right.

In conclusion, if you're feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed, consider taking a break and spending some time in nature. So, go outside, breathe in the fresh air, and let the healing power of nature work its magic. Wild Spirit Rising can help you get the break that you need to reset.
