What to expect:

Breathwork is a therapeutic breathing practice that has the potential to heal/improve your psychological, physical, and spiritual development.

It allows you to move beyond your body and ego to get in touch with your true self and spirit.

Contradictions:

Speak to your doctor first if you have or have had any of the following medical conditions or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

• High blood pressure

• Glaucoma

• Retinal detachments

• Osteoporosis

• Recent injury or surgery

• History of panic attacks, psychosis, or disturbances

• Severe mental illness

• Seizure disorders

• Family history of aneurisms
