About The Event

Our journey starts from Darwin, as we travel to Litchfield. Marvel at the changing scenery as you transition from the bustling city to the serene sandstone country of Litchfield National Park.

Immerse yourself in the lush, natural beauty of Litchfield. Discover picturesque waterfalls that invite you to take refreshing plunges into crystal-clear pools. Feel the invigorating embrace of nature's rejuvenating waters against your skin.

Venture into the heart of tropical monsoon rainforests, where the air is thick with life and vibrant colors abound. As you hike through these pristine forests, tune into the symphony of birdsong and the gentle rustle of leaves, grounding yourself in the present moment.

Explore the diverse ecosystems of Litchfield as you traverse through the savanna bushland. Witness the unique flora and fauna that call this region home, fostering a sense of connection to the natural world around you.

As the sun sets and the night sky unveils its awe-inspiring canvas, lay back and gaze upon the Milky Way in all its glory. The uninterrupted views of the cosmos will leave you in awe, fostering a profound sense of wonder and humility.

Led by a qualified life coach and facilitator, you'll experience a variety of mindfulness techniques and practices. From guided meditation sessions that anchor you to the present moment, to breathing exercises that calm your mind, these practices will work wonders for your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Enjoy the warmth of an intimate group setting, where connections with fellow participants are fostered. Share your experiences, insights, and reflections with a supportive community that's on a similar journey of self-discovery.

Nestled within the natural beauty of Litchfield, our accommodation provides the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. Fall asleep in comfortable surroundings, serenaded by the sounds of nature and under the enchanting canopy of stars.

Indulge in mindful eating as you savor thoughtfully prepared meals using locally sourced ingredients. Each bite becomes an opportunity to appreciate the nourishment that sustains you.

Over the course of these two days, you'll experience a holistic transformation—mind, body, and spirit. You'll leave Litchfield with a renewed sense of clarity, presence, and gratitude, carrying the tranquility of this adventure into your daily life.
